We started our master bathroom remodel about a year ago after meeting with several contractors, and from our very first conversation, this team stood out for their professionalism, craftsmanship, and overall approach. Ben and Jordan were wonderful to work with from the start, and we felt confident signing on with them right away.
It took us some time to procure materials, but once the project began, it was clear how professional and well-run their operation is. This was a major master bathroom remodeling project for us, and we are very particular about aesthetics, functionality, construction integrity, and inspection approvals. Throughout the process, everything was handled with care, transparency, and a high level of professionalism.
They also helped connect us with an excellent material selection shop, which was a fantastic resource throughout the project and made the selection process much easier.

What does a whole-home remodel cost?
It depends on square footage, how much of the layout changes, structural work and finish level – which is why we don’t quote blind. After your free in-home consultation you get a detailed estimate up front, and any change afterward goes through a formal, priced change order you approve first.
How long will it take?
Single-room projects typically take several weeks; whole-home renovations and additions can run several months including permits and material lead times. You’ll get a realistic timeline at the consultation.
Who handles permits and inspections?
We do – the entire permitting process and city inspections are managed for you from start to finish.
Can we live at home during the remodel?
Sometimes yes, depending on scope. We plan the logistics with you up front, phase the work where we can, and keep the job site clean and organized.
Do you do additions and ADUs too?
Yes – room additions, layout reconfigurations and accessory dwelling units are all handled by the same design-build team.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our workmanship and provide warranty coverage for completed projects.
